Pronto Canapa

This is a semi-processed product based on type 0 soft wheat flour with added hemp flour. The result is an excellent mixture which, as well as having high nutritional properties, gives a characteristic nutty sensation to dough. A modern semi-processed product for bread, flat bread and cakes whose flavour and colour is typical of hemp.
