This is a semi-processed product based on medium strength type 0 soft wheat flour, to which various cereals and soy have been added, both as flour and grains. Ideal for bread rich in flavour and fibre. A flexible and modern semi-processed product and an excellent ingredient for high quality multi-grain bread.
